• Convene a Regional Selection Committee (RSC) of State Presidents and Executive Directors to select a NASC National Advisory Council Student Member or Region 2 Adult Liaison. In 2015, Jeff Kusniez of Pennsylvania was selected to become the new Region 2 Adult Liaison.
